Olga D’Silva, Founder and Head of Zên Languages

Zên Languages are independent UK language and cultural communication specialists based in Maidstone, Kent, who have the enthusiasm, knowledge and expertise to help businesses succeed with their international communications.

The company was founded by Olga D’Silva, who in 2007 started her mission for UK businesses to break down foreign communication barriers, and help them to achieve business success.

Olga is a British national, who brings over 20 years’ experience in the business sectors of logistics, classical music management, teaching and international corporate events.  With fluency in Spanish, French and German, Olga combined her professional teaching experience in modern languages and English as a foreign language with her business experience to create Zên Languages, as a multi-faceted languages company addressing a wide range of business needs.

Olga adds: “We offer a bespoke and very flexible service to our clients and can advise, support and teach all aspects of foreign languages from training to translation, interpreting, business facilitation and conference and event management services, as well as support with cultural awareness briefings and workshops. I want to encourage more UK companies to do business with foreign markets, and language should not be a barrier.”
